Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations, identifying their needs and therapeutic goals.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to each client's unique circumstances.

  Provide ongoing support and therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and enhance clients' coping mechanisms.

  Collaborate with clients to provide them with essential tools and resources needed to overcome their obstacles and improve their quality of life.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care.

  Act as a liaison to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social service organizations, when referrals or additional support are required.

  Participate in regular training and staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and telehealth delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of varying ages, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances, ensuring you adapt your therapeutic approaches to suit each individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

  A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience dealing with a variety of mental health disorders.

  Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities.

  Ability to foster and maintain trust with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  Understanding of cultural competence in therapy, ensuring inclusive practices that respect and incorporate clients’ diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience in delivering group therapy sessions and facilitating workshops focused on mental health awareness and coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
