• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on solution-based practices to empower clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in adherence with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve clinical practices and patient care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, enhancing their understanding and empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices to apply new knowledge in clinical settings.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents from various backgrounds, presenting with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your approach will center on understanding each client’s unique context and facilitating their journey toward improved mental health.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
