Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services primarily to stable, low-acuity adult clients, utilizing techniques tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients' well-being, ensuring an in-depth understanding before proceeding with treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Texas, with accepted credentials including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD. Note that only full licenses will be considered, and candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be eligible.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, ensuring accurate evaluations and effective treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in client interactions.

• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of computer systems to facilitate remote support and clinical documentation.
