Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to create tailored treatment plans that promote recovery.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, adapting your therapeutic approach based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care and support for clients.

• Document all interactions and treatment updates meticulously in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate client histories.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, peer consultations, and relevant training to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Contribute actively to team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Many clients may deal with significant life transitions, historical trauma, or chronic mental health conditions. Your ability to create a safe and supportive environment will be essential in building rapport and encouraging client engagement in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Currently active license/certification in California such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
