Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patients’ needs, identity problems and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, for individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and provide tools to manage common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals, psychologists, and other team members to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery journey.

• Ensure all patient documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with ethical and legal regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to remain aligned with practice goals and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Harmonius Mental Health Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
