Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience delivering mental health services to individuals facing emotional challenges is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document client interactions and progress is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and professional experience.
