Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that effectively address individual challenges.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to foster understanding and community among clients facing similar mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive care approach for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance during acute mental health situations, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on various mental health conditions and treatment options available, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide care to a varied patient population, serving individuals, couples, and families who are navigating mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and transitional issues, as well as those dealing with more complex conditions like bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. You will work closely with patients to build rapport and trust, fostering a safe environment for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatments, and counseling methodologies that inform your clinical practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with technology necessary for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
