Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand individual patient experiences, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), thoughtfully adapted to each patient’s unique cultural and personal background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in managing various mental health challenges while promoting resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating calmness and expertise in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and a commitment to delivering care that is culturally competent and responsive.

• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy utilizing inclusion-focused methods, with a genuine respect for each client’s unique identity and background.

• Strong capabilities in crisis intervention, enabling you to support clients in urgent situations with confidence.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
