Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their mental health status, including emotional, psychological, and social factors that may affect their well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to clients, equipping them with essential tools for coping with their conditions.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to facilitate holistic care and referrals as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling expertise and contribute to clinic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients from varied backgrounds, each facing distinct challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inspiring Possibilities Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
