Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to assist individuals and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care that optimally meets client needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.

• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
