Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform treatment planning, utilizing clinically validated tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and evidence-based practices.

• Offer individual therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person at our outpatient office, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously to ensure quality of care and adherence to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to refine treatment approaches, share insights, and improve overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians provide support to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. The clients we serve come from varied backgrounds and age groups, allowing therapists to engage in a rich and multifaceted approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Exhibit a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude that fosters a safe therapeutic space.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
