Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and comprehend clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Deliver one-on-one and group counseling sessions informed by evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Develop individualized service plans tailored to clients’ unique objectives and progress.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights and navigate access to necessary resources and support systems, emphasizing social justice issues.

• Engage in the design and implementation of community programs while contributing to program evaluation and grant reporting.

• Collaborate with a broad network of community organizations, state agencies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and outreach.

• Participate in ongoing team meetings, training sessions, and outreach activities to improve practices and maintain knowledge of community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.
