Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish clear therapeutic goals to guide treatment.

• Deliver therapy sessions using proven evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include adults facing low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, mild depression, and life adjustments. You will be expected to build rapport quickly and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance to empower clients in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships with clients, showing empathy and understanding in all interactions.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively, maintaining timely and accurate records.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with experience in community health settings or dealing with underserved populations will be particularly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
