This role is designed for a primarily remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy in a flexible manner while still engaging actively with clients from our outpatient facility. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts potentially required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and recovery goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing challenges related to substance use disorders. Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and needs. Your role is essential in crafting personalized paths towards recovery, addressing both the psychological and emotional aspects of addiction.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment environments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
