Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while still actively engaging with patients via telehealth platforms. You will be part of a collaborative and interprofessional environment, with support from psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other mental health professionals. The projected work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of individuals seeking substance use recovery.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to the patient's experience.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that promote mutual support among participants in their recovery journeys.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute substance-related emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring open lines of communication among care providers.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals suffering from substance use disorders, many of whom face co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A solid understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy related to addiction treatment is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
