Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert clinical consultation to clinical staff on mental health issues impacting various patient populations, including geriatric clients and those dealing with substance use disorders.

• Communicate essential patient information, including social histories, diagnoses, and treatment progress, with other staff and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Facilitate the development and review of individualized patient care plans, taking into account each client's home environment and resources for effective treatment.

• Regularly engage in treatment planning and case reviews with providers, ensuring alignment on therapeutic approaches and interventions.

• Efficiently complete progress notes and other documentation after patient sessions to maintain accurate clinical records and comply with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of current independent licenses such as LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
