Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as family, couple, or group counseling sessions, based on your qualifications and expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify appropriate interventions, ensuring each patient receives optimal support.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to share insights and strategies for enhancing patient care and outcomes.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of patient progress, while complying with all relevant privacy and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those dealing with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse issues, and the complexities of family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or similar fields.

• A current professional license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Diverse knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, particularly focusing on individual and group therapy for clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
