Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining strong connections with both clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patients' specific needs to craft tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, creating a nurturing community atmosphere for participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, supporting individuals during mental health emergencies with empathy and expertise.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and relevant community resources for continued support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with current legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a spectrum of mental health conditions that include depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
