This position is uniquely designed for remote work within a school setting, allowing for flexibility in how you reach out to clients, educators, and families. Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some occasional evening shifts needed to accommodate patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the strengths, needs, and goals of clients pursuing treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Deliver high-quality individual counseling sessions, employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and addiction specialists to provide coordinated, integrated care that enhances client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals experiencing substance use disorders, including adolescents and adults. You will often engage with clients who may struggle with motivation or are experiencing relapse, providing them with essential support and guidance tailored to their individual recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy specifically within the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with additional bonuses.
