Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by meeting with clients regularly to evaluate their mental health status, understanding their personal struggles, and discussing their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to craft individualized treatment plans that acknowledge each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, providing clients with effective coping strategies and the tools necessary to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, or substance abuse.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation reflects client progress and clinical interventions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals battling various conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. You will work with diverse populations across different age groups and backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet specific cultural and individual needs. Your expertise will help clients find their path to wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage crises effectively while maintaining professionalism.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and office applications for efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time positions, along with part-time opportunities at USD 65,000 a year. In addition to competitive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
