Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored aftercare plans to ensure clients successfully transition from treatment to self-management, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.

• Engage in regular communication with families, external clinicians, and referring parties to maintain continuity of care and a comprehensive support network.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning, in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effective in addressing mental health disorders.

• Conduct both scheduled and on-demand teletherapy sessions, adapting techniques to ensure client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness in a virtual format.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, dealing with a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science field, such as social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a variety of settings, demonstrating expertise in working with individuals and groups.
