Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through secure video conferencing and telephonic services, ensuring adherence to established telehealth protocols.

• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes both adolescents and adults, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
