Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver structured, evidence-based mental health care through our telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

• Monitor participant progress proactively while documenting session notes and care plans in patient management systems.

• Participate in a collaborative care team, assisting clients with resource access and guiding them through the consent and authorization processes.

• Respond effectively to high-risk scenarios, employing safety protocols to protect participants during encounters that present elevated safety concerns.

• Engage actively in regular meetings with supervisors, participate in monthly team gatherings, and contribute to organizational Town Halls, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve guiding clients toward actionable solutions and supporting them in developing healthy, long-lasting habits. By utilizing evidence-based methodologies and personalized strategies, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, addressing their unique needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California or state equivalent.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient care, working 40 hours a week during business days from Monday to Friday.
