Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate counseling and crisis intervention to clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Communicate proactively with physicians and other health care team members regarding client progress and tailored treatment strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with departmental policies and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive treatment approaches and discharge plans based on clients' psychosocial assessments.

• Establish and nurture relationships with community resources, representing Clarity Wellness Center in various local meetings and committees to advocate for patients' social and mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. The role emphasizes an empathetic approach to therapy, respecting each individual's unique experiences while guiding them toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapies.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, email communication, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

• Adept at fostering professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners, founded on support and collaboration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with various telehealth platforms and tools is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
