This role offers a fully remote work setting with flexible hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Working from the comfort of your home, you'll engage with clients virtually via our telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the organization's policies.

• Stay updated with current trends and evidence-based practices within the mental health field, implementing new approaches as relevant to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve personal goals and improve overall quality of life through empathetic and effective therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your capability to offer effective counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
