As a remote organization, we prioritize flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to clients' mood disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their individual needs and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices that promote mental health recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and consultations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to provide an integrated treatment approach.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually inform practice and enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards regarding client assessments, sessions, and treatment plans.

• Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise and maintain best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Robust understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with prescribing professionals.

• Demonstrated experience yielding positive treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
