Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will employ tailored approaches that respect the cultural and personal backgrounds of each client, ensuring they receive empathetic and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT valid in New York State.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, focusing on mood disorders preferred.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT and DBT, tailored for mood disorders.

• In-depth knowledge of psychopharmacology to facilitate collaboration with psychiatric professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years' experience is required, candidates with more experience or specialized training in mood disorders will be prioritized. A demonstrated record of successful client outcomes in treating complex mood disorders is highly valued in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus.
