Our practice supports flexible working schedules, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and document the needs, goals, and progress of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Craft individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive one-on-one counseling sessions, while also leading group therapy meetings aimed at fostering community and shared recovery experiences.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and addiction specialists to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that addresses all aspects of patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, helping clients navigate through critical moments.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and experience implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy in diverse settings, focusing on addiction recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
