Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across the lifespan.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, subsequently identifying effective therapeutic strategies.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans personalized for each client while regularly assessing progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians and community partners, ensuring coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols.

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding demeanor.

• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
