Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Regularly document patient interactions, treatment progress, and care plans, maintaining compliance with ethical and industry standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, actively participating in patient rounds and meetings to discuss client care strategies and share insights with colleagues.

• Provide case management to assigned patients, coordinating care with community resources and healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
