Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted in a remote setting, enabling you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and shared treatment goals through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake a range of responsibilities that are pivotal to patient care, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Your role will be integral in helping these patients navigate their unique challenges, working closely with them to foster improvement in both their psychological and physical health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of New Jersey.

• Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
