You will also occasionally engage with clients in our outpatient office as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate and personalized treatment plans are created.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using a variety of techniques tailored to individual, group, and family needs. Therapists have the opportunity to employ cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and other methodologies relevant to specific cases.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Assist clients experiencing acute distress through crisis intervention, utilizing your expertise to stabilize their situations and provide immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach activities to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote the services offered by Family Guidance Therapeutic Center.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Cultural competence to effectively serve individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
