Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic interventions tailored to clients’ specific challenges and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, ensuring that each approach is suited to client preferences and clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies, including the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate proactively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to ensure integrated care and support the best client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating skillful de-escalation techniques to help clients during acute mental health crises.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
