Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote and utilizes telehealth technology, providing flexibility while maintaining a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies that address the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for personalized care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and groups, facilitating recovery and improving mental health outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy—to effectively support clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure comprehensive client care and seamless service integration.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a varied clientele.
