Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop evidence-based crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Utilize various evidence-based screening tools as indicated to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Document all interactions and treatment updates thoroughly and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance.
\n
• Engage actively with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as community partners, to ensure integrated care and identify additional resources for clients.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

• Advance personal and professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences while representing the organization positively.

• Promote the values and mission of Catalina Behavioral Health within the community and contribute to initiatives that support our goals.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure seamless operations within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals with mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients facing developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Your contributions will be vital in empowering clients by offering them compassionate support and effective strategies to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are critical, proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and prior experience working in similar community settings are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes monthly productivity bonuses, flexible scheduling options, 403B retirement plan with a 3% match, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as generous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave.
