Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to understand their unique experiences and needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to the specific goals and challenges identified during assessments, utilizing therapeutic modalities that resonate with your clients.

• Maintain precise billing, documentation, and treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of insurance authorization forms and adhering to all standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to help clients maintain stable functioning throughout their treatment process.

• Create effective discharge plans that reflect the clients' progress and ongoing support needs upon transitioning from therapy.
\n
• Stay compliant with all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and KnG policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to enhance your skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate on client care.
\n
• Complete necessary licensure requirements and participate in mandatory training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
