Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with patients through secure video conferencing, offering therapeutic interventions for various mental health disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ psychological needs, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on experience and qualifications.

• Weekly direct deposit for a reliable and timely compensation experience.

• After meeting specific requirements, full-time counselors will be eligible for a healthcare stipend, supporting your own health and wellness.

• A sign-on bonus for your first client will be provided to all newly approved full-time or part-time counselors.
