Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand each client’s unique context.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their goals, cultural background, and therapeutic preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), delivering therapy across a variety of formats such as individual, couple, family, or group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. Documentation is vital in tracking patient progress and therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them with the tools necessary to manage their mental well-being effectively.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
