Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients via telehealth, utilizing your expertise to employ evidence-based practices and develop customized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, upholding our commitment to professionalism and ethics.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive client care and facilitate better treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and share best practices among the team.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to manage their mental health effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele that ranges from young adults to older adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. You will provide clients with the tools to navigate their challenges and support them on their path toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapies and the ability to personalize treatment plans for each client.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
