Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' psychological and emotional strengths and challenges. Utilize diagnostic criteria to identify mental health disorders and create meaningful treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a range of therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Implement evidence-based practices to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties.

• Treatment Planning: Develop and manage personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Continuously monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaboration: Work alongside other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care. Facilitate referrals to community resources for comprehensive support of clients’ needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
