Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues that may require intervention.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that all therapy aligns with ethical standards and client preferences.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

You will be working with a varied clientele, comprising individuals across different age groups and socio-economic backgrounds. Clients may be dealing with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, with the ability to empathize with clients and build strong therapeutic alliances.
