Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health conditions, implementing diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the client's unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice and engagement.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Document therapy sessions diligently, maintaining accurate records of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to track developments effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to older adults, each facing different mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet documentation deadlines.
