Work Environment\n

This role predominantly allows for remote work, with the majority of client interactions occurring through our secure telehealth platform. However, therapists may occasionally work in our outpatient office to collaborate in person with colleagues and engage in community outreach programs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate individual client goals and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring the integration of cultural considerations.

• Provide a range of therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaboratively consult and coordinate with external providers, including primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to streamline care for clients.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation strategies while providing emotional support.

• Participate in community outreach programs that promote mental health awareness, such as workshops, webinars, and local events.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our center serves underrepresented communities, fostering an environment of inclusivity, where therapists are encouraged to embrace cultural sensitivity in their practice.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Proven ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy services in an outpatient setting.
