This remote role allows you to provide crucial mental health support while enjoying flexibility in your work environment. Work Environment\n

Our practice operates under a hybrid model, allowing therapists to work remotely while maintaining access to our supportive outpatient office when needed. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—focused on addressing the holistic needs of our clients. While our regular work hours run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we recognize that flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient schedules and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments with clients to identify personal challenges and develop individualized treatment plans that target specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to engage clients in their healing journey.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a community-driven environment that fosters shared experiences and growth.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow team members to ensure cohesive care delivery and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during moments of acute emotional distress, utilizing established protocols to navigate such emergencies.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options available, and external resources that may aid in their recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, including team meetings and case consultations, to stay updated on industry best practices.

• Engage with recent literature and research to enhance therapeutic approaches and ensure that care remains evidence-based.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. Our patients range from adolescents to adults, each requiring tailored therapeutic interventions and compassionate understanding. You will be instrumental in not only addressing immediate mental health needs but also guiding clients on long-term pathways to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
