This role is performed in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement. As a mental health therapist at our organization, you will leverage various technology tools to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and conducting thorough interviews.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses and clients' unique backgrounds, continuously assessing their progress.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can assist in their recovery journey.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and staying updated on advances in mental health therapy.

Your therapeutic expertise will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but positions are available for candidates with strong educational backgrounds and relevant internships or practicum experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and holidays.
