Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, identifying their unique needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in evidence-based therapeutic practices through secure online platforms, tailoring therapeutic interventions to align with clients’ specific challenges and preferences.

• Facilitate collaborative goal-setting sessions with clients to enhance their engagement in the treatment process and ensure they feel empowered throughout their journey.

• Apply various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, based on the client’s needs.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress to maintain compliance and facilitate ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Many clients present with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions. As a Mental Health Counselor, your expertise will play a critical role in improving their quality of life through effective virtual care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
