Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage and create your own schedule while working within our community health clinic framework. Our team operates Monday through Saturday, providing therapy sessions to individuals across various backgrounds. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients, which includes individuals, families, and groups, and triage care based on their specific needs.

• Develop, document, and communicate treatment plans and interventions with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings and documentation, such as patient rounds.

• Utilize your expertise to provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities tailored to individual client goals and treatment plans.

• Manage cases effectively for your assigned patients by consulting and collaborating with community professionals and programs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental expectations and best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing therapy to a varied patient population that includes adolescents, adults, and families experiencing diverse mental health challenges. As a member of our team, you will address concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• Commitment to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
