Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, enabling flexibility in your professional activities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our work environment values your autonomy as a therapist, while also providing a framework for ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance patient care. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing our clients with a sense of community and shared experience, essential for recovery.

• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that every client receives personalized, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of their mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing sound judgment and effective communication skills.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage proactive engagement in their care.

• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with legal and ethical standards while adopting electronic health record systems as necessary.

• Engage in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuous professional development to stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n

A background in telehealth services, familiarity with community-based mental health resources, and previous experience working in an outpatient setting are preferred, though not mandatory. Strong candidates will exhibit a passion for ongoing learning and adaptation to new therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
