Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals of varying ages—from children to seniors—providing tailored services that meet their unique mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in contemporary principles and practices related to individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , along with performance-based bonus opportunities.
