As part of our outpatient team, you will interact regularly with colleagues in a collaborative virtual setting, participating in team meetings and case discussions designed to enhance service delivery and client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions tailored to clients of all age groups, applying various techniques and interventions to address issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related stress, and adaptation to life changes.

• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on client-centered approaches, incorporating evidence-based practices and measurable objectives to track client progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, coping strategies, available community resources, and the importance of ongoing care and support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress, including assessments, treatment outlines, and progress notes, while adhering to professional ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and state regulations governing mental health counseling, ensuring that informed consent and client confidentiality remain priorities.

• Work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, share insights, and develop holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health field, demonstrating strong clinical proficiency in outpatient therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our team.
